Upload deleted for no reason

i got upload during black friday i logged on and it was refunded

wtf i even have the file to show

if i wanted to refund it myself i would of gladly accepted the 10k gralats however since it was falsely removed can i get another 10k back so i can reupload it

the only admins on at that time were joud and xeecurve

pls help

honestly if it is hat i still want a full refund its the admins fault they accepted it why should i suffer for actions they have done.

i know this was uploaded on black friday however since it was accepted by a admin i should get enough to get a new head or be able to upload a head for 10k

You knew it was not allowed,
why did you still upload it,
there was a warning in the upload site, no hats allowed

i should be allowed to upload another head for 10k or get another 10k gralats added so i can upload a new head

one admins fault for accepting and i am the one who suffers.

when admin refunds customs you should receive a full refund if you want to refund for your own gain you will only get half

That is very hard for me to judge.

The only rule I can think of that caused your head to be refunded was:
"Heads with hats such as gasmasks or other hats similar to what we
sell in iEra."

If your "hat" was a bandana, then you would have got your head according to this rule:
"Some heads come in with a small bandana which is acceptable as
long as it doesn’t cover the entire head"

However, your head does have a hat which is similar to one sold in Iera (I shall find the shop).

Secondly,You never got your full refund due to this rule:
"If errors are made- such as a PR accepting an upload that is deemed
"illegal" such as copyright (head containing a hat in your case), they should have their upload manually
refunded for half price- as they should have read the rules to
begin with and not uploaded a (head containing a hat) copyrighted image."

honestly i did not know it was not allowed

i read the rules and dismissed it as not being a hat
the admin who accepted it made a wrong doing

they were supposed to know it was illegal and deny it instead they accept it
