the burden got shifted from pr to player a while ago, its up to players to make responsible choices when uploading and not testing prs
not every player knows everything about the game i didnt even know there was a hat like this when uploading

this rule should be changed. when admin accepts a custom it tells you its legal and safe to wear however turns out they made a mistake and you pay for actions they have done.
its very obvious the golden part is a hat on a head, you probably knew, and im sure youve read the rules when you uploaded for the firdt time.
