So ive completed the bulk of my website still going to update it, do some fine tuning, and i havent even started on the analytics even though its got over 12k views since 11/21/16. But im asking for some feedback on the guides section
1) i would like to know if its easy to understand even from a new players perspective
2) constructive criticism is always welcome (you suck is not constructive)
3)anything else i should add?
you should remove admins heads players gonna upload them and staff can approve them in mistake then they can get 50% refund

It says empty on that section

You're not going to get support on here as long as there are still staff heads on your website.
