Pizza peal buy section on every veteran speedy pizza floor

I think there needs to be buyable peals on every veteran pizza floor. This way, people don't have to walk far to buy their pizza peals.

I don't see a need to put one on every floor, its not that far just 1-2 rooms away. It only takes you 10-15 seconds to get there and get back to your station.
