It is illegal to do what this person did, therefore, he is now banned. As somebody already mentioned, he is banned for making phishing websites. If somebody tells you to login into a website to get 20 event coins, don't do it. Never login into this type of websites. It is a scam.

The auto release dates comes around faster than the actual ban expiry date on those cases.
