    Whenever I attempt to confirm my IP range, this happens:

    What should I do?
    I tried contacting the support email, but nobody has responded.
    It's been 3 months and I'm getting desperate.
    Any help would be appreciated

    Ace can't help with a system issue like this.
    I would still suggest opening a support ticket, but try to contact toonslab technical support instead of era support- it's nothing to do with the iera server

    At least you get a verification request I still cant identify on new devices and I always seemed to be ignored when I ask for help (:
