As long as you change the m16a3 to compensate. because without perfect shape it would only do 6 damage per burst

If it would happen, I think the price of bar should drop a bit. I think the whole idea of it being worth the price was that it can kill people in 5 bullets.

I do feel it would balance out the game and encourage the use of a more variety of guns.

If this happens i want a full refund on my bar
I know this will sound childish, but my guns won't kill as fast when I'm pking on the streets. And, I'm not really good with changes, in general. But I do know that my opinion changes nothing, I'm not stopping you exactly, despite saying no. Sorry, I didn't really mean for my 'no' to be demanding, I just wouldn't be afond of this change. Again, I'm bad with adapting to change, I'm one out of thousands of people, so I have no decision on what happens.
