Add more shell digging to Arte?

With the absence of the waterpark and the sudden remembrance of the "old arte", I have thought of something that probably isn't a new suggestion but it'd still be good to hear opinions. What if we improved the appearance of shells in the current Arte? This would bring more attention to the shops as well give players a safe spot to dig, like the waterpark. It would also simply give more use to the sandy parts of Arte. What do you think?
