Itemflip should be a thing- whether NPC / ADMIN.
ADMIN: Certain staff team have shifts to stay there and moderate - two players would drop their items in a box OR give to staff member who must have a tag on to access a special trade table. Each box/special TT would be heads or tails then one flip and winner gets both stuff. To encourage staff on doing maybe a hefty fee like 5000 gralats should be done. Total gralats accumalated of that will be in a safe and 5% of that safe will be divided among staff or so[idk specifics about that ignore 5%]

Betflip with gralats. NPC OR VS ANOTHER PLAYER Pretty self explanatory - grab a table ( both players ) Cash gets deducted from both + a fee then that goes to the winner. Whoever grabs first is heads second is tails for example( or players pick ).

Both of those would push players to buy more gralats which means better server/game/more capital etc. ( Some might not agree, and I can understand why )
