Make all prs look the same in avatar and have a number code as a name, prohibit them from exposing their player accounts nor can they state they're prs in their player accounts, this, so they wont have issues when they act 'player-like' because nobody knows that player is acutally a pr and to avoid bribes and favoritisms. If they expose themselves they're fired. This is also for pr basers/troll prs who are sometimes hated in their player accounts hence theyre hated as a staff as well.

Bring famous country land marks into the game because normal buildings are boring I want to see an Eiffel Tower In-game, this fits right? the modern theme

Not a bad idea but this will never fit in the profile, it's already too crowded.
