why this only happens to me?

well for some reason i can't see what the other players say, i don't know if its my connection to the Internet, but the only way to see what the other players are talking is reconnecting to the game but it work for a really short time like 2 or 3 seconds. so if someone know how to fix this plz tell me.
and yeah, i alredy tried reinstalling the game but this don't worked.

Try to open the weapon hotkey menu and click "Chat Mode" until it says it will display All Chat and then relog. Also check your options and make sure you're able to see All overhead chat.
