Submit a ticket to http://support.toonslab.com/. Google Plus most likely has a system where you can view your transaction history like iTunes so have that ready when they ask for it. Also if its itunes, you should have gotten a receipt emailed to you. I would forward that email to whoever is working with you to solve the issue.

If it's google listen to the other comments if it's Apple/Amazon then listen...if you bought the gralats and logged off before it saying "you have received 27500 gralats" then buy the .99$ gralat pack...if you didn't log off then idek
Basically our in-app purchase system kind of sucks. It fails frequently. We have a command that checks if packs fail but you have to mail your receipt to support so we can verify the purchases before fixing
