    Contacting a high staff directly is much easier and thought, and they actually look into your issue. I've tried toonslab and i've also tried contacting anero . Anero answered in an hour of time , but ace hasn't answered , until now .

    But fr , how could he handle checking tickets and applications on his own , in addition to focusing irl .
