From what I have understood (correct me If I am wrong): This problem occurs if there is another device that shares the same internet as you which hasn't done the ban.
Explanation:
Let's say you have a PRO account and a NOOB Account:
If you get Jailed on your NOOB Account, you need to log into Both your accounts (either use different browsers or devices) and serve the Jail time on Both accounts.
You're probably sat there thinking, Why do I have to serve on both accounts?
I think this was made to limit hackers (whatever you call them) from using various accounts to come back to era, especially since they have to do the Tutorial.
Just make sure every device/account serves the ban Simultaneously otherwise, it shall continue resetting until you do so.
If this is Incorrect someone please tell me
