It's over 100 I believe, you shouldn't have any problems running out of frames.

Whenever I try to upload a head with 25 frames, the site won't let me

Actually its 149 frames, 150 and it'll be rejected automatically I think

yeah, I tried uploading something with 30 frames and it got disapproved because apparently it's 'more than 150 frames'.
