It should be 1k and above hours not 500 unless they have prior experience with other servers. This is why staff abuse is becoming more of a thing

Hours don't matter. Just when you started playing. However, Integration was a great admin but he only started playing in 2014.

Yea he was so great that he jails you for using gas launcher and when you ask him why, he says it is illegal to use it in public

I agree, if someone started in 2013 and still hasn't reached 1k hours it means they aren't active and doesn't have enough knowledge
