What I normally do is record all my events.
They try to Accuse you, You have proof.
After 6 months, I deleted that month's videos.

I agree. Players have created a bit of a habit when it comes to assumptions. They have a radar, and once they detect anything that they think is unfair in their eyes, once they have to face consequences, or once they think they can use something against staff, they do whatever they can to prove we're acting wrongfully. Never will I say that staff have never screwed up, but jeez. A few bad staff in the past and a few mess ups occasionally always results in the whole team being generalized as horrible, corrupt people who find pleasure in harassing players. Some players tend to lack patience too. It's hard to respond to someone right away when there's half a dozen reports or more, waiting customs and other people pming you at once.Originally Posted by Amazing Ace
In my opinion, the current staff team has done an excellent job. Not because I now am one. I've always thought this. It's hard to really buckle down and find a staff that's immature and deserves to be fired. And whenever their has been a staff like that in recent times, they don't stay for more than they deserve. PRAs and SPRs have done an excellent job at finding who needs to be put in their place.

This is why I almost never host events anymore.
Too many of them players spamming/begging for events, then getting salty when you do host, threatening to report you/ creating a thread on Era-Go etc etc
Then they start begging you again.
P.S. Never host spar. It's where the most toxic players will be and if they don't win/someone lags, and you make an unfavourable decision, you're "abusing"
