Formerly known as "AliGamer911".
iEra is a game that opens their doors to talented players who want to enhance their skills (Except PRs, sorry), but doesn't pay cash for their contributions. Which isn't a bad thing, because players are already improving at no cost.
With that being said, those players leave to start bigger projects and work with indie companies, or big companies, that pay them.
Also, those retired staffs have a life. Something that everybody gets during high school. That is if you are in hobbies or pursuing a dream.
