    Flame seems to be more "worth" it I guess now.
    Chem can't be used in bases anymore, right?

    Tbh i use them both but Id say flame is better for street pking?? I used to get over 3k kills using it daily but when i got chem i became lazy and barely got 100 kills

    Flame. The little spark of fire damage it does can go a long way. Plus; it can be used in bases. Weaker version of chem but it's still strong. I've used it before. Depends what you're into really. I think most people would choose flame because it's useful in instances in which chem isn't (basing). If you like to pk either is fine but chem is really strong in pk.
