Account Problems

I am having problems moving my account from my computer to my phone with my e-mail. Every time I try to identify myself on my phone it says to open my account e-mail and when I do it nothing happens. I have tried this for over a month or two and it has yet to move my account. I have no idea what to do to move my account over to my phone. Can anybody please help me with my situation?

After you identify your account by typing in your email twice, an email should be sent to the email you typed in. Upon opening this email, there should be a link which you need to click to verify that the request to identify was legit and by you. After clicking this link you should be identified.

If you can't find this email it may be in other folders like the above^ said, if you are clicking the link in the email and your phone does not identify, you may need to enable cookies on your phone because when I clear cookies/history/etc on my web browser FOR PC I always have to re-identify, so this may be the problem as well, BUT the App should be different: requesting the required permissions before downloaded... so...
