Gold Headss.png hey guys so I uploaded this head last night and it got approved but I refunded it because I needed to edit it, is it breaking the rule of i have 2 feathers in my hair? its not a hat

tbh it depends on whos doing the uploads, always check who approves the upload and if you want to refund then refund. But if you want it after all wait for that same person to log and then upload it.

That head breaks the rules. It has an in-game hat on it. Only small b@ndanas are accepted.

It is not 100 percent the same, but it looks way too similar to the in game hat to be allowed as a custom head.

Illegal. It's a Roman Ceasar headpiece, counts as a hat.. Even Cleo (ex PRA, used to monitor uploads) stated that these sorts of heads were disallowed.
