Log in question on fb

I have another account which I lost the email to and I can only access the account on Facebook
I identified on ios in 2014
I think I connected my account to fb aswell but,

But the question is...
If I press log out and I want to sign in with that email again will I have to accept a request because I haven't been able to access the email for 2-3 years
Like the server knows my acc on fb so why would it make me have to enter my email again to log in.
DOES THIS ACTUALLY HAPPEN?

The emails have the same name but are both run by different email providers

Any other proof you can provide? Like maybe google play history for instance - Buying gralats credited to the email you lost. Just try to come up with more solid evidence rather than they have the same name, which unless the name is unique enough, may not be able to prove much

There is a "forgot password" option for a reason. Change the change password, otherwise the email must not belong to you. Only way you can get an email transfer is if the email provider locked you out the email.

It's possible it could ask for me to open my email which I can't, and click on a link.

I am currently logged into the account on facebook, I'm just afraid that when I want to log out of account A and use a different account (account B) of mine and then log back into account A it will ask me to check my email.

What are the chances? lol

If the email is as same as the Facebook account email, I think it is possible to log out and log in again, even if you revoked it.
