The shop will open when it opens.
The bunnies are coded to unspawn after a given time, made it this way so you can't "farm" them.
Re-logging shouldn't reset your eggs, I've tested it on myself before releasing the bunnies.

Still doesnt answer the original question where I clearly identified the problem was with baddy eggs

Sorry, this wasn't part of the idea for this year.
We simply forgot we had that for last year and so it wasn't disabled, which I just disabled.
