Allow gun switching in events house spar & tts before before beginning in each round.

Players aren't allowed to gun switch while waiting our turn in tts & spar tournament.
Fix this because if your holding a melee & your opponent is holding a gun your screwed while he chases you while you attempt to switch out your gun.

Hate when it happens. Also when I hold my broomstick in the event house, it still comes up as I play any event. I change to a gun then 5 seconds later I hold the broom stick. It gets so annoying now. Only thing I can do is not hold broom stick when they are events

I second this. I think there was a reason why you aren't able to switch items in events I just don't remember the exact reason.
