Do era graal even hire anymore?

I sent a graphic admin/team applications 5 months ago... And I checked every day if I got an email from anyone from graal. But guess what I did not get any email. I'm tired of it, I tried pm every admin I could see in forums and in game. Idk, why no one answer. I don't wanna sound like a diva or whatever but I think I got whatever it takes to be a part of the team. And I don't think staff have ever checked the application. :/ I really wanna become graphic admin or part of the team. I hope someone can answer and fix this. My name is JeniaLeka in Era game.

No reply from an application oftenly means it's a no. We can't answer everyone so we only answer to those who we would want to hire.
