I got banned because people accused me of hacking

I was banned for hacking. I had received a message from snk saying that an agent would check my pickaxe because people were reporting me for having a duplicated pickaxe. No agent ever came in contact to me. The reason people were reporting me is because I had the old animations on the pickaxe, since this was only my first week playing since 2014. I've had the pickaxe since then and it never got updated with the new animations. This wasn't my fault and I believe this was a mistake for penalizing me without even looking at the pickaxe. Please provide me with information about what will happen, because I worked hard for that pickaxe and I had no wrongdoing and didn't hack.

Oh well maybe try reporting that issure to them at http://support.toonslab.com/ xD jk, might just have to wait out the jail and contact an admin in the game such as Chris Zehplyn.

Basically when Identify pops up on your device click it fast then.. Click the back button to get in to Menu

You can't pm while you're jailed even if you tried what NCX said > the person you pm doesnt receive the message
