Could there be a clear PMs command for players?

Well, yeah, I have it on my staff. But I read all my pms on my staff and I don't get the ctf spam that I do on my player account.

Even as a staff I haven't, and most likely won't, clear my pm's. I actually got enraged whenever I saw a staff member /clearpms before I came to be staff. My thought was "What if someone had an important question?" Especially when doing events, most of the players messages will be ignored because there's so many of them, which can be frustrating.
However I understand that spam is terribly annoying, not just in events, but in gangs as well.

I'd like it, it'll make it easier to get rid of spam in ctf.

As for what MooD said, you can't change options in events, so in team events you can't get out of that spam unless you already had those options on.

Yes I am well aware of those options. I don't want to ignore all private messages. I just want the ability to clear them sometimes without restarting the app.

Shutting off the game shouldn't be the solution to clear private messages.

besides i just keep all pms off whenever i go into events, but it would be nice.
