Yea its ok, as long as they aren't abusing admin powers to get bases or making players base.
Well, Admins aren't supposed to base on their staff account, because if someone gets upset that they're constantly being killed by that staff then they would report them and say that they are abusing powers, When they staff clearly isn't. "He was killing me while in stealth" "She used boots to bypass the doors" "He blocked the doors by putting his doll there" And so on and so on.
So if you want to remain staff I advise that particular person not to.
