basicly if he recuit people in the normal way its ok but if he say "im staff join my basing gang" or do it with staff account i dont know about that

Well well well he didnt break any rule tho, if you guys admins find this thing just now about advertising in admin account then add it in your rule. Even tho he is snobber in his player account no need for thing like firing,

Basing is not allowed on a staff account, although pking and sparring might be allowed depending on what kind of staff you are

Basing in staff account is not allowed.. but it's not illegal if admin advertising his gang on staff account.
