I'd just like to mention that, in my opinion, the issue with basing has to do with sub-gangs/the ability for top tier gangs to call in mass amounts of people, and not so much with OP guns. I think anyone who has tried to run a new gang can tell you the hardest part about starting a new gang is only being able to get like 5 people and then having to go against a gang with like 18 people + 9 sub members. I don't oppose a nerf to guns that are too strong; but I think the bar nerf may have been a bit harsh. If the community won't change their mind and blitz won't change his mind then wouldn't the most logical thing to do be meet somewhere in the middle?
