Yes you can. It costs 500 gralats and can be done at the church closest to start. You do so by saying inside of the church (aloud) "divorce me".

The money is deducted from both parties, so 500 each, unless you're the one divorcing and your partner has no money, I think he doesn't get the 500 deduction or just the remaining money of his gets deducted.

The 500 gralats is only taken from the player whom says "Divorce Me".
