What it is based off of:

    My remake:

    Bulletzone is Impressed.

    Exterior Level:
Line your doors and the windows for a much better effect rather than them looking like they've been glued there. Perhaps add a window?

    Second Level:
I really love the style of this level, but perhaps to make the floor look better, perhaps you could add some darker shading (darker brown tiles) along the walls and stuff. Don't change the style as it's very nice.

    Third level:
Floor's a bit meh in my opinion you can do way better.

For your second and Third level
One main attention I'd like to draw your attention to is the windows. Notice how the wall tile comes out and comes in, It's pretty hard to stick a window on-top of those tiles as it ruins the perspective, Look at how Interior levels do such thing for windows, You can use those tiles but when it comes to adding a window you need to make a slight change to the tiles used then resume.
Ask if you're not clear on anything.

    Awesome Improvement! Keep it up!

I would have added more npc's if I had more. Let me know what you think of this.

I think you should add some 'shading' from the dock to the water. Showing that its above the water and not floating on top of it.
