Nobody besides mods can see the applications (Even if it's yours). He's probably marking them down or something like that.

It happens to me too, I don't think it's a bug it's just tells you that you don't have permission to view the thread, Kieran replied aswell though I can't see it, maybe he's marking them down like mikey stated.
