That is a legit graal website, which reno would be allowed to to PM you. Weebly has no affiliation with graal.

The filter is too block off sites that are malicious. If my site is safe, however way I use to communicate it is alright

That is the dilemma, from my understanding it is to block ALL websites because you should be including www or com in your advertisement. You could easily say visit my tristanfosho weebly though. The problem is you are trying to say a link and that is not allowed.

If my site has been checked and ensured that its clear of malicious content, plus I have consulted administrators on it, then there is nothing wrong with me advertising my site.

It isn't harmful, there's no reason why i can't do it.

I strictly adhered to the criteria for sites to be shared and i have done my homework before sharing; i have been responsible for the site i shared and the actions i undertook. You can't fault me for that.
