Jail bug. Admins, help?

I was jailed 40 hours ago. Since then, I "served the entire sentence" but when it ran down to 0 the following message showed up "automatic release dec 31 1969" and my jail time was reset to another 40 hours automatically. Any admins could look into this? Because I'm discouraged to wait another 40 hours. I was hoping to play today but I guess that's not happening.

Restart the app a few times, it should let u on

Done that. Didn't work. Timer just reset and keeps running down. Ugh..

I've seen this happend to a couple people, not sure what their solution was. Best thing to do is submit a ticker or maybe as a high staff if they know a solution.

Happened to my roomate and he had to use a different device to play this game .

Just pm an SPR or a PRA in here or submit a ticket.
