The reason why he was banned was because he was ignoring the 15 character count by adding a bunch of periods to short responses according to Kieren. From my point of view, I think this is kind of a silly reason to ban someone. I say just let him go and warn him not to do it if it's so dire for someone to type at least 15 characters.
What kind of reason is that? Like how is he avoiding it - IF HE'S MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS?

He is meeting the requirements so I don't see a reason why he banned him. I think this is just silly and just let him go, if he is meeting the requirements then leave him alone. I think this is just an excuse to get Marg off the forums because he is replying to every single thread on this site.
That was a hastily made decisio, Kieran should have PMed Marg, not ban him.
Also, might I mention 15 isn't a good number? 3 was fine...
