Gralat Certificates

Heyyy!

Lately, during my hours of being completely alone (which is usually about 70% of my day since I have no one to talk to), I've been brainstorming ideas on what new things can be added to the game. Although, player-made ideas aren't usually, if not, aren't accepted at all by the staff team, I've decided to at least give it a shot.

Gralat Certificates

What are they?

Gralat Certificates are purchased slips of paper that can be bought obviously with gralats (Or maybe Ec? Both?) that have a set value of Gralats on them. They aren't made to save Gralats as an item, just convert them INTO an item.

How do they work?

These slips of paper can be traded at trade tables, or kept for future use. This could be a new currency with the trading community and may even be of a more stable value than shells. You can cash them in at a Certificate stall for the amount displayed in overhead text which could be

500 Gralat Certificate
1000 Gralat Certificate x2
etc.

What can you do with them?

Like I said before, you can either cash them in, trade them, or save them for future use.

Prices

All certificates count as x1 unless more are purchased. Prices can be adjusted by staff if incorporated*

100 Gralat Certificate - 200 Gralats
250 Gralat Certificate - 350 Gralats
500 Gralat Certificate - 650 Gralats
1000 Gralat Certificate - 1200 Gralats
5000 Gralat Certificate - 5500 Gralats

Wow nice idea. We do need a system that reduces the price of many items. Since troc is easy to get it would be a good system to use

Also, i did the math and there is no way a player can profit from purchasing one certificate over the other. These numbers are as close as i can make them for a balanced price.

The only problem I have with it is that people can still pay to win by using iTunes, then go buy these certificates, then go buy the item they wanted without earning shells.

Shells are the perfect currency because whatever way you get them, you had to have earned them somehow.

This is a pretty good idea, it will probably eliminate USD trades.

People can USD for shells. They don't even try to hide it anymore lol cause they never get punished unless someone reports
