I'm pretty sure most people know what this is, and how it works, but if not here's how it goes.
Rate the person above you's profile picture from a scale to 1-50.

Person above you: (rating the person above them) 23/50
You: (rate the person who's post is above you) 50/50 on fleek, would rate again
Different person who's posting below you: 18/50
Then the process repeats. It's a never ending cycle. I mean, unless my thread dies..
