Bar is more of a spar gun, I don't categorize it under pk anymore.

Both of them pretty much suck at this point.
But the mobility you get with BAR is still there, it's just slower than what it used to be.
Minigun isn't that great, but spamming narrow hallways with it is efficient.
Probably bar cause tapping it makes it faster

Mini would be best for pking you can just spam into the crowds at forts, its also good on the streets whereas bar is not as good at streets but amazing for forts. Remember that all guns are good for different things.
