    Special Event Balloon

    Heyo! Sorry for being a hassle but Im back playing this game and I'm not sure how the pricing goes. I went through my inventory and stumbled upon a misc balloon called the 'special event balloon'. Can someone please tell me where it came from and if it's worth anything? Thankssss
