Ion carbine or Cripple Cannon? Which is better for sparring?

I don't know which is better for sparring now because they have both been nerfed please help me choose.

Ok so do you think ion or gm4 after the nerf? Their stats are pretty similar

ion is kinda good but not as before, it's low clip puts you in a situation were any gun with higher clip will beat you

Ion is a gun you can spam and win with it's hard to dodge, Cripple Cannon you need to place your bullets well...............
Ion has two shot modes one is a shotgun and the other the regular shoots, Also has a good looking melee.
Cripple Cannon has great knock back and two shot modes also.

As a owner of those two guns, I prefer the Ion Carbine for spar. The Cripple Cannon may be spammy, but it has no spread and it's really hard to knockback now. Also, it deals a really low damage, making you to hit 10 times your opponent to win. If you get rushed with the Cripple Cannon or if you're against a spread gun you're dead.

Personally i'd pick ion carbine due to its high ROF and how well you'll be able to keep your mobility while using it. Plus, have you looked at it!? it's design alone makes it a worthy gun .
