I think digging inside your own house would be a nice addition because its really annoying when other players steal your spot and you have a goal to accomplish it would be easier and less conflicts would happen between players

Meh, I think it is not really necessary. If you get upset because your spot was taken just move away from there, that is what I do and I dig a lot. There are different zones in Era with sand to dig too in case he/she is bothering you.
