Minigun kills faster it also got the hit timer thing so once u spam it u barely take dmg also it got the electric power which also stops u so ion mini wins

I thought the electric ability was just for aesthetic purposes. I may be wrong though, I'll ask someone who has it later to test it on me lol.

Burn effect does 1-4 dmg Beside flame has the worst reload in the game , reloading is enough to get u killed
Also flame dmg is 2 dmg which is 3 dmg in perfect with fire effect 1-4 dmg maximum it does is 7 dmg

Isn't flame 5 dmg when perfect? when i got hit by a bullet from it, it does 5 dmg to me. Also, i saw the stats of ion minigun and flamethrower they have the same reload freeze which is 0.9 so, reloading with minigun will also get you killed

Its says deals 2 dmg which is 3 in perfect
Idk the exact stats of ion like how many clip it has no clue but ion mini has electricity power it stops u from shooting when u get effected by it just for second or even for 1 tap

Flame deals 5 damage in perfect condition. I just tested it. That, plus the burn damage makes it overpowered.
