Freedom of speech means that you can speak without government influence or manipulation.

That's not what I meant. I'm saying that government does allow Freedom Of Speech, but they allow limitations as well like I said. So if a forum website or a game is established, they can set rules for their own community. Idk if you understand, because there is Freedom of Speech everywhere and that should be a human right. But the government have set some limitations for that right (upon Freedom of Speech) for owners in website/game communities so they can have the rights to set rules in their own. Government is involved in that at least in the US/Canada/Philippines/China/other Asian countries. I don't know if you guys understand that law. It's a simple concept, but it's not just simply "Era is not government, so you can't speak bad."
