    Question Need help with transparency!

    Does anyone know whats wrong with this head, I've uploaded it before and The head was fine it just said "try to set transparency" after I did it came out like this. I keep trying to fit it but I just get the same problem, any help?(Wouldn't let me show the picture)

    came out like what? usually you have to set transparency when there is a background color.

    Have you deleted the background outside the head using any type of photo editing software? What device are you on?
