Is there a gun like this?

I'm looking for a gun with which to spar that has the following statistics:

Freeze: 0.2 or lower
Damage: 7 or higher
Spread: 0.1 or higher
Fire Rate: Does not matter
Reload Freeze: 0.3 or lower
Clip Size: Does not matter

If there is any gun (or multiple guns) with the above statistics please let me
know (and the statistics if you can find them). Thanks!

Do you have a price limit or estimate? I'm all for low tier guns like the Makarov, but a price tag would help us find what you need.

I'm mainly looking for a good sparring gun. Price does not matter to me. But I would prefer a high-tier gun.

Just get the m4 it's the beast for spar

M4 is too mainstream and its so bad.

M4 is REALLY REALLY bad compared to the other guns that cost the same price.
