    At least give him a full refund. It's the staff's fault if it goes through because it is ultimately up to them to put the custom in the game. Don't try and put this on us. Staff should know the rules better than the players.

    Ever heard the saying, the customer is always right?

    If this is a good game then the people who run it should take full accountability. Sure the dude should have read the rules, however it's whoever accepted the heads fault beause they should know the rules better, or they shouldn't be accepting customs. There is no reason why he shouldn't have been given a full refund.
