    Anyone knows what electric power does?

    We all know electric power exists in ion melee for example and ion mini gun and more but i have a question what does it do specifically does it freeze u from shooting or it just electric u for show off like omg and fart powers? Will be grateful to know the answers thanks

    Well it kind stops u from moving and shooting just like how u get stunned or something
