I don't see why not, but I don't know... The last shop I remember were graphics from Lollo (I think that was his name) and were teams that were participating in the World Cup, so some of the upcoming teams might not be included in the old store.
But the store I speak was the one in Africa. Was that the last world Cup? I forgot.
Maybe it will open between April and June, when the friendly games start. As well, I think it could be a very good idea.
