On the shield thing...there is really no easy way for us to easily check how many of a specific shield has been uploaded. Unless there was some solution that didn't require significantly more time to process uploads, I don't see that as a viable solution.

Just so there is something between 0 and 2000 hours. at 1,000 hours, it is a good amount of basing time, but also makes the stretch between 0 and the first gang reward not as much.

Maybe something different? I don't think a gang shield is a good option, seeing as any gang can have their own shield as it is. Also newer PR might accept the upload if they don't know what every gangs' current shield looks like...

Yea, I agree. maybe a custom piece of gang furniture? idk. And only 10 people receive it. Its a furniture item for your house, but it does not have the option of selling it.

Yea, designed by whoever but it cannot be like the exact same as a piece of furniture on iera, just so the leader of the gang can avoid buying it and get it for free instead. Would have to follow certain guidelines.

That isn't a bad idea but what type of furniture?

I don't know, maybe limited to lets say a couch, chair, plant, or a wall accessory.

Or a seperate room template to 3 members of the gang plus the leader, but cant be oversized compared to other rooms. Would be cool also if you could have a bar like at astro in your house.
